Bangkok D1: Chaotic Beauty

The adventure begins. There's always some thing exotic about signboards in foreign airport. I guess its the realization that I have arrived, and all the anticipation in the previous weeks are now officially materialized; like the -alas- transformation of "I can't wait to be there!" to "I am here. I am present."

This place is absolutely chaotic, in every sense of the word. It's almost like sensory bombardment. All the colors, sounds of live music performances blended with Ska and Reggae blasting from boom boxes, and of course, the olfactory delights from all fruits and vegetables! Girls would love this place. I spent a total of 200ish baht: Ice coffee, Ice Thai Milk tea, and phad thai! Will blog more about this incredible market when Im back.

Chinatown;

1043pm SG time: Enjoying a can of Chang beer after a long day out under the merciless Bangkok sun. I love this particular guesthouse. It has everything you could ask for without walking out to buy food and beverage. Utterly exhausted now.
