...just want to be somewhere, free from all the clutter of the daily experience. solo kayaking in the franz josef region (2010) was really a liberating experience. no directions. no designated routes or restricted waters. felt so free then...mind is in so many places right now: impending exams, interviews, questions with no answers. the picture of my immediate future is a really murky one. i can only make out the vague silhouettes but that's about it. ambiguity stinks.
